    Serbia terletak di tenggara Eropah bersempadanan dengan Hungary di utara, Romania dan Bulgaria di timur, Macedonia di selatan dan Croatia, Bosnia serta Montenegro di sebelah barat. Ibu negaranya adalah Belgrade. Kerajaannya adalah republik berparlimen. Ia menjadi republik bebas pada 5 Jun 2006 selepas kejatuhan Yugoslavia. Ia mempunyai kira-kira 7.3 juta orang penduduk. Ia menggunakan matawang Dinar  (RSD).


    Muka Depan

    Di tengah wang terdapat lukisan seorang perempuan Serbia yang memakai pakaian tradisi. Nilai muka wang 500 dicetak di bahagian kanan atas dan kiri bawah wang. Terdapat perkataan dalam bahasa Serbia di bahagian atas serta kanan wang. Tanda tangan juga terdapat di bahagian kanan. Di tepi kanan dan kiri wang terdapat lukisan buah-buahan.

    Muka Belakang

    Di belakang wang terdapat gambar seorang lelaki yang memikul batu-bata serta penyodok simen (?) . Di atas wang terdapat perkataan yang ditulis dalam bahasa Serbia. Nilai muka wang 500  dicetak di bahagian kanan atas dan kiri bawah.
