    World of Football 2010 sempena perlawanan liga bola sepak dunia yang diadakan di Afrika Selatan. Uganda, salah satu negara di benua Afrika mengeluarkan beberapa keping duit syiling peringatan sempena liga ini dalam siri nWorld of Football nya pada tahun 2002 dan 2005.
    Uganda terletak di Afrika Timur bersempadanan dengan Kenya, Sudan, Congo, Tanzania dan Rwanda. Ibu negaranya adalah Kampala. Kerajaannya adalah republik berdemokrasi. Ia mendapat kemerdekaan daripada United Kingdom pada 9 Oktober 1962. Ia mempunyai kira-kira 32 juta orang penduduk. Ia menggunakan matawang Shilling (UGX).


    Muka Depan

    Ditengah-tengah syiling terdapat lukisan gambar dua orang pemain sedang menanduk bola. Di tepinya tedapat bulatan kecil yang dalamnya terdapat lukisan pemain bola yang sedang menendang berwarna merah. Di atasnya pula terdapat perkataan WORLD OF FOOTBALL.

    Muka Belakang

    Di muka belakang terdapat jata negara Uganda ditengahnya. Di atas jata pula terdapat perkataan BANK OF UGANDA. Tahun 2002 keluaran syiling pula tercatat di sebelah kanan serta kiri syiling. Di bawah syiling pula terdapat nilai muka syiling iaitu 1000 SHILLINGS.
